In this 15 complimentary consultation, I invite you to share a bit about your challenges and I will share how I can help you begin to experience more resiliency, confidence, clarity and joy. We will explore the options I offer such as somatic psychotherapy, coaching and group/team facilitation to determine the best fit for you in this moment. All consultations are held remotely on Zoom.
